Ham radios give off a shitload of EMF's... I'm living near one and I suffer b/c of it, I KNOW that's what's doing it, PLUS all the rest of the 5G hell... Just sayin'. It's great to have the communication, but the EMF's are HELLLLLLLL.
We're talking about a HUGE array of antennae across the rooftop up the hill from me. Kills my houseplants, too.
I am a General Class Ham Radio License holder and I can say that possibly the most useful piece of gear one can have is just a simple $20 UV5R Baofeng radio you can get online. There is tons of stuff that you can upgrade, 3D print, and install on those things to make it a very effective piece of gear for your survival kit. Overall, great article. 😎👍
